摘　　要：当前,应用型本科院校存在的主要问题,是办学定位清晰,但实践教学目标体系与社会需求脱节,内容体系不够完善;管理体系不健全,实评价和质量监控体系没有形成,缺乏具有实践教学经验及技能的师资等方面。应用型本科院校应按照人才培养定位的要求,建立科学完善的实践教学体系和流程,完善实践教学质量评价与监控体系,改进管理机制,提高实验队伍整体素质。Although application-oriented universities usually have clear school-running orientations, the practical teaching now has problems. The goals deviate from social demand; the content is not complete; the management system is unsound; the evaluation and quali-ty supervision systems are not established; qualified teachers possessing practical teaching experience and skills are in short supply. To resolve these problems, according to the requirement of talent training, the universities should establish a scientific and complete practical teaching system and procedure, improve the quality evaluation and supervision systems of practical teaching, and raise the whole profes-sional quality of experiment teachers.
