摘  要:对高职毕业生就业质量、工作能力、满意度状况与本科毕业生进行对比分析发现,高职毕业生就业质量较低,学校教学运行组织制度是造成这一问题的主要原因。应以"宽平台、核心化、多拓展、活模块"的动态、灵活、组合、并行、开放的课程框架体系改革为基础,重构高职院校教学运行组织体系,提升就业质量、学生满意度和对社会的贡献度。It is found through contrastive analysis on employment quality,working capability,satisfaction status between higher vocational school students and bachelor graduates that the teaching operational and organization system is the main reason resulting in the lower employment quality of higher vocational school graduates.Higher vocational schools should try to reconstruct the teaching operation and organization system in higher vocational schools based on the reform of dynamic,flexible,combination,parallel and open curriculum framework system with 'wide platform,kernelization and flexible module',so as to improve employment quality,satisfaction degree and contributions to society of their graduates.
