摘  要:为更准确分析活塞环-缸套润滑性能,基于控制体积质量守恒原理,考虑空穴效应,建立统一润滑控制方程,分析了空穴效应对润滑性能的影响.结果表明:外边界气体压力和活塞速度共同决定润滑油膜压力分布,若活塞环具有一定的速度且外边界气体压力较低,则可能出现空穴现象;空穴区域边界向里,润滑介质的密度减小;空穴效应使得最小油膜厚度曲线峰值减小、谷值增大,同时使进气冲程和排气冲程摩擦力增大、压缩上止点附近摩擦力减小;边界气体压力影响空穴区域的发展,在压缩上止点附近,油膜空穴区域先减小,在最大爆发压力时刻完全消失,之后空穴区域反向并逐渐增大.To accurately analyze the lubrication performance of piston ring/liner system,the universal lubrication control equation was built based on the control volume mass conservation,and cavitation phenomenon was considered in the model.The effect of cavitation on piston ring/liner lubrication performance was analyzed.Results show that the pressure distribution of oil film is determined by both the sliding speed of piston and gas pressure on boundaries.Possible cavitation is observed if gas pressure on boundaries is low with certain sliding speed of piston at the same time.In the cavitation zone,the density of lubricant decreases from the boundaries to the centre region.The peak values of the minimum oil film thickness's curve decrease and troughs are increased if cavitation is considered.Frictions on intake stroke and exhaust stroke are increased,and friction is decreased when piston is near TDC on the compression stroke.Gas pressures on boundaries influence the development of cavitation region.Around the time of compression TDC,cavitation zone shrinks first,and disappears when the maximum pressure in cylinder occurs.Then cavitation zone appears in the opposite direction and expands gradually.
