摘　　要：本文主要阐述了普通高校成人高等教育建立专职教师队伍的必要性,并提出了建立专职教师队伍的主要措施。This article mainly expounds the necessity of the con- struction of full-time teaching staff of adult higher education in colleges and universities and proposes the main measures of es- tablishing full-time teaching staff.
