新时期加强高校新生党员教育管理对策探析

摘　　要：加强和重视学生党员的教育管理,是新时期高校学生党建工作的重要内容之一。随着当前中学对学生党建工作重视程度的逐步提高,每年高校新生入学时新生党员人数也在不断增加。新生党员作为高校学生中的特殊群体,虽然他们中有部分人具备了党员的身份,但是由于考察、培养的时间短,他们普遍存在着年龄偏小,入党动机、理论水平、党性修养等方面相对比较薄弱等问题。对于这部分特殊的党员,在其进入高校后,高校基层党组织必须重视对他们的继续教育和培养,使其党性修养能够得到进一步的提高,入党动机得到端正,在学习、工作和生活中发挥作为一名学生党员应有的先锋模范作用。Strengthening the education and management of stu- dent party members is an important work of college student party construction in the new period. As new party members freshman party members have many shortcomings in motivation, theoretical level and party spirit. Therefore, college party organizations should lay much emphasis on their further education and cultiva- tion, so as to improve their party spirit.
