摘　　要：目的探讨循证医学在肾脏病临床教学中的应用。方法分析总结肾脏病循证医学教学的可行性及运作方法。结果肾脏病循证医学教学可对医学生及进修医师进行全方位的训练和指导,使患者受益。结论结合各学科特点将循证医学思想融入临床实践与教学中,将有助于我国整体临床实践及教学的合理和健康发展。Objective To explore the application of evidencmbased medicine in clinical teaching of kidney disease. Methods The feasibility and method of evidence based medicine in clinical teaching of kidney disease were analyzed and concluded. Results Evidence based medicine in clinical teaching of kidney disease trained and guided the medical students and refresher doctors, therefore benefited the patients. Conclusion To combine the characteristics of the various disciplines characteristics into evidence based medicine in clinical practice and teaching will contribute to promote healthy development of overall clinical practice and teaching in China.
