摘  要:针对富氧燃烧条件下发动机动力性和经济性显著提高的同时NOx排放严重恶化的实际问题,设计基于发动机性能试验台的变组分富氧进气监控装置,介绍该装置的硬件结构、控制电路、软件功能、人机交互界面以及加装该装置后的发动机性能试验台结构。该装置操作简单、安全可靠、实用性强、信号干扰小、响应速度快,能够实现发动机富氧进气中O2流量和CO2流量的实时监控,对发动机进行变组分富氧进气控制,以确保发动机在目标富氧进气组分条件下的稳定可控燃烧,达到优化发动机性能和节能减排的目的,具有广阔的应用前景和可观的推广价值。In this paper,monitor device for variable components oxygen-enriched air intake based on engine performance test-bed was designed according to the practical problem that engine dynamic property and economy were significantly improved while NOx emissions were serious deteriorated under the condition of oxygen-enriched combustion and the device's hardware structure,control circuit,software function,human-computer interaction interface as well as structure of engine performance test-bed which the device was added to were introduced.The device has advantages of simple operation,safety and reliability,practice,small signal interference,and fast response.The device can also realize real-time monitoring of O2 flow and CO2 flow under the condition of oxygen-enriched intake air and control engine variable component oxygen-enriched intake air to ensure engine combustion under condition of target oxygen-enriched intake air is stable and controllable combustion and achieve the purpose of optimizing engine performance and energy conservation and emission reduction.It has a broad application prospect and considerable promotion value.
