摘　　要：就高校在合并过程中,如何建立新的财务管理模式进行探讨,以期为合并高校在财务管理上的改革和发展提供理论指导与实践参考。This article intended to discuss how to build the new financial management model in the merger process, providing practical reference for financial management reform and development of merging university.
