摘　　要：目的 :探讨上颈椎管内肿瘤的诊断与手术治疗方法。 方法 :回顾 2 3例上颈椎管内肿瘤的临床资料 ,分析其临床表现、影像学变化、手术治疗方法和效果。结果 :2 0例肿瘤全部切除 ,3例大部切除。术后随访 3个月至 5年 ,2例术后复发再手术 ,2例术后死亡。手术优良率达 82 .6%。结论 :临床表现和 MRI对上颈椎管内肿瘤的诊断具有重要价值 。Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and operative treatment of tumor in the upper cervical spine canal. Methods: The clinical information of 23 cases of tumor in the upper cervical spine were studied. The clinical manifestation, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) alteration, operative treatment methods and effects were analyzed. Results: Twenty cases were completely resected and 3 cases were subtotally removed. Reoperation was performed due to the tumor focus recurrence in 2 cases, and there were 2 death cases. The follow up period was from 3 months to 5 years. Excellent and good results were obtained in 82.6% of the patients. Conclusion: The clinical manifestation and MRI examination have important value in tumor diagnosis in the upper cervical spine canal. The tumor removal should be performed as early as possible.
