两岸旅游类高校人才培养模式的比较——以高雄餐旅大学与南京旅游职业学院为例

摘　　要：江苏旅游职业教育集团通过考察高雄餐旅大学,对台湾旅游职业教育发展模式有了一定的了解,并从中获得了很多经验和启示。南京旅游职业学院作为大陆知名的旅游高校,其人才培养模式与高雄餐旅大学有类似之处,但也存在一定的差距。通过对两者的比较,笔者认为以南京旅游职业学院为代表的大陆旅游高校应进一步改革创新,加快与国际旅游职业教育接轨的步伐。the Jiangsu tourism vocational education group by investigating the industry university, Kaohsiung of Taiwan tourism vocational education development pattern have certain understanding, and get a lot of experience and enlightenment. Nanjing tourism vocational college as China well-known tourism colleges and universities, the personnel training mode and Kaohsiung industry university have similarities, but also has certain gap. By compar- ing the two, the author thinks that represented by Nanjing tourism vocational college of mainland tourism colleges and universities should further reform and innovation, integrate with the international tourism vocational education, to speed up the pace.
