摘 要:采用拟牛顿方法和模式搜索方法对一台汽车用永磁发电机进行了优化设计。在给出一台42V汽车用永磁发电机等效磁路和设计流程图的基础上,采用等效磁路的方法设计该永磁发电机。选择定子外径、定转子有效长度、定子槽尺寸、永磁体径向厚度以及线径等多个参数为优化变量,选择电机效率为优化目标。采用拟牛顿优化方法和模式搜索法对电机进行优化,给出优化结果。本文对汽车用永磁发电机的参数计算和优化设计等提供了一定的理论参考。Quasi-Newton method and pattern search method were used to model and optimize a permanent magnet automotive alternator. The equivalent magnetic circuit of a 42V PM alternator was given and the flow chart of the design of the alternator was shown. On this basis, an equivalent magnetic circuit method was used to analysis and design the permanent magnet alternator. In addition, the stator outer diameter, the ef- fective length, the dimension of the stator slot, the radial length and diameter of the permanent magnet were selected as the optimization variables, and the efficiency of the alternator was selected as the optimization ob- jective. Quasi-Newton method and pattern search method were used to optimize the permanent magnet alter- nator, and the optimization results were presented. Therefore, the analysis results obtained by various meth- ods can provide a basis and reference for the parameter computation and design optimization of the permanent magnet alternators.
