摘　　要：研究了一种以稀盐酸一次浸提食用菌中多种无机元素而后用原子吸收分光光度计测定的方法 ,其结果与传统方法非常吻合 ,且具有简单、快速。s: In this study,several inorganic elements can be effectively extracted simultaneously from edible fungus with dilute hydrochloric acid.Compared with traditional method,which is to burn edible fungus in high temperature,the pretreatment method of acid extraction is quicker, simpler, less cost and produces less environmental pollution.The result shows that no significant difference between the values determined by the two methods.
