摘 要:高校辅导员专业化、职业化发展过程中仍存在着角色定位不清晰、职业职责不明确、待遇偏低、队伍不稳定、工作机制不完善、职业化程度不高、职业发展规划不明确、辅导员自身的业务素质和职业意识不足等困境。通过明确辅导员的职业定位、严格职业准入机制、细分角色职能、加大岗位培训力度、加强职业生涯规划、强化岗位考核管理、完善激励机制、创优工作环境、加强科学研究、健全领导机制、建立投入机制、规范制度保障机制、确立学科平台等多方面、全方位、立体化的工作实践,可以有力推动辅导员专业化职业化发展进程。Issues concerning role orientation, vocational duty, benefits, personnel stability, working mechanism, level of professionalization, career planning, professional ability and occupational consciousness have become stumbling blocks in instructors' specialization and professionalization development. According to the existence of the various issues in the college instructors' specialization and professional development, the paper holds that the specialization and professionalization of college instructors can be forcefully propelled through defining career orientation, setting strict professional access system, subdividing different roles of instructors, intensifying job training, enhancing career planning, strengthening post assessment management, perfecting incentive mechanism, improving work environment, strengthening scientific research, improving leadership mechanism, establishing investment mechanism, standardizing system safeguard mechanism, as well as establishing all-round work practice in subject platform.
