基于模糊综合评价的高校固定资产管理绩效评价

摘　　要：固定资产是高校赖以生存和发展的物质基础,如何对高校固定资产管理绩效进行科学合理的评价,对于提高固定资产管理水平具有重要的现实意义。首先构建了高校固定资产管理绩效评价指标体系与基于模糊综合评价的固定资产管理绩效评价模型,文章以某高校为例进行了实证分析。分析结果表明,采用该模型对高校固定资产管理绩效进行评价,能直观地反映高校固定资产管理绩效的优劣,评价结果更为客观公正。The fixed assets are the material basis for survival and development of universities.It is of great practical significance to carry out a scientific,rational,objective and impartial evaluation of the fixed assets management performance,so as to improve the fixed asset management.This paper firstly established the fixed assets management performance evaluation index system,and then established the fixed assets management performance evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally,demonstration analysis was made on a university,which shows that the evaluation result of this model can directly reflect the pros and cons of fixed assets management performance and make the evaluation result more objective and more impartial.
