摘　　要：探究工商管理专业应用型本科人才的内涵和界定标准有利于高校培养该类人才和用人单位对其使用。通过归纳工商管理专业应用型本科人才的本质特性,比较分析与其他类型工商管理专业人才的区别及联系与培养规律,可得出以下结论:工商管理专业应用型本科人才是能将掌握的管理基础理论、方法、技巧和经验灵活、准确地运用于企业管理实践,较快为企业带来经济效益的人才,其界定标准应从培养的知识体系、素质体系、培养过程等方面展开。Exploring the connotation and defining standards of application-oriented undergraduate talents Business Administration is conducive to effectively training them and correctly making use of them.Having summarized their characteristics and the difference between them and other type of talents and analyzed the training process,we can draw conclusions as following： application-oriented undergraduate talents in Business Administration should accurately master and flexibly apply the knowledge including basic management theories,methods,skills and experience.They can bring earlier economic benefits for the enterprise.Business Administration application-oriented undergraduate talents can be defined by the standards which contain knowledge systems,quality system,training process,etc..
