摘　　要：随着网络技术的飞速发展和深入应用,它对现代教育产生较大影响。培养大量网络环境下的教师成为当务之急。先简要介绍了网络环境对教师发展的影响,而后从转变教师的思想观念和态度、对教师进行信息化培训、搭建教师专业发展的网络平台、深入网络教学研究四个方面提出了提高教师发展的对策。With the rapid development and in-depth applications of network technology, it has great influence on modern education.To cultivate a large number of teachers under the network environment has become a pressing matter of the moment.First briefly introduced the influence of network environment on teacher development.And putting forward to improve the teachers＇ development strategy from four aspects：the change of teachers＇ ideas and attitudes, information technology training for teachers, construction of teachers＇ professional development network platform and in-depth study of network teaching.
