摘 要:目的分析专业认知教育方案对临床医学专业专科学生的影响。方法选择2009级临床医学专业专科新生作为实验组实施专业认知教育方案,采用自制的调查问卷,在实施方案前后对2009级新生和对照组2008级学生进行专业满意度、专业了解程度、学习定位等方面调查,应用SPSS 16.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果实施方案后2009级学生对专业满意度、专业了解程度、学习定位明确人数高于实施方案前2009级学生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),实施方案后2009级学生与对照组学生比较,专业了解程度、学习定位明确人数前者高于后者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对专业满意度调查,前者人数高于后者,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用专业认知教育方案能够提高临床医学专业专科学生专业认知水平。Objective To analyze the effect of professional cognition education program to clinical medicine major' s students. Methods The professional cognitive education program were applied to the freshmen form 2009 grade clinical medical college, and questionnaire survey the professional satisfaction, professional knowledge, learning orientation of the students form 2009 grade and the control group form 2008 grade was conducted, using SPSS 16.0 statistical software for data analysis. Results The num- ber of 2009 grade students after executing plan was significantly higher than before executing plan on the professional satisfaction, professional knowledge,learning orientation clear number( P 〈 0.01 ). To compare with the control group, the number of 2009 grade students after executing plan was higher than the latter on the professional knowledge, learning orientation clear (P 〈 0.05 ), on the professional satisfaction the former was higher than the latter, but the difference did not have statistical significance (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The professional cognitive education program can improve the professional cognitive level of clinical medical students.
