摘  要:本研究的目的是为了探索互联网在二语写作教学中的作用。笔者讨论了3种网络辅助教学的方法:以多媒体为媒介的英语写作教学;以网络为媒介的英语写作教学,在虚拟网络平台进行的英语写作教学。研究认为教学效果取决于学习者的现有水平;写作任务的类型和学习者的个人因素。研究揭示了多媒体网络辅助教学方式的利与弊,并为未来的研究指明方向。The study is to explore the role of Internet on L2 writing teaching. Using combined meth- ods of investigation, the study focuses on the nature of L2 writing in modern Internet age. After examing the learners' modals of learning writing in three categories (multimedia in traditional classroom instruction, Internet--assisted writing, Internet-mediated writing), the study analyzes the differences in the out-comes, depending on learners' proficiency; the types of writing tasks; and learners ' individual factors. There is a substantial difference in the quality and quantity of learners' outcomes according to their proficiency and the type of tasks undertaken as well as the individual factors. The pros and cons of computer and internet are analyzed and directions for further study are also discussed.
