摘　　要：金融业是知识与技术密集型的行业,同时也蕴藏着高风险,需要训练有素、具备职业道德操守的高层次人才,如何培养未来金融市场从业者正确的投资理念是财经院校金融学专业教学改革与发展必须认真思考的问题。财经院校金融学专业的教师要从课堂教学、理念培养、实践教学三个方面入手,培养具备"理性投资"素养的金融市场从业者。Finance industry is knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive industry, and it also has high potential risk. So it needs high-level talented person who are well-trained and obeyed professional ethics. How to establish the correct philosophy of investment for future financial market practitioner is a valuable research issue in the educational reform and development of finance. Teachers of financial academy should focus on cultivating students to build up the rational investment concept by three aspects as the classroom teaching, cultivation conception and practical teaching.
