摘　　要：随着教育国际化的不断深入,中外合作办学已成为我国教育事业的重要组成部分,越来越多的高职院校加入到中外合作办学的行列。以昆明冶金高等专科学校与德国安哈尔特应用技术大学合作办学的实践为例,对高职院校中外合作办学存在的问题及原因进行分析,并提出相应的对策建议。As education internationalization goes deeper, Sino-foreign cooperative education has become an important part of China＇s education. More and more higher vocational colleges also have been in this line. With the practice of the cooperation between Kunming Metallurgy College and Anhalt University of Applied Science, Germany, the paper analyzes the problems existed in cooperative education and pro- posed corresponding measures and suggestions for improvements.
