摘　　要：在金工实训中开展素质教育,应着眼于对学生劳动纪律观念、团队意识、工程质量意识、安全意识、创新意识以及动手能力的培养,这是全面培养学生素质的重要环节和关键所在.Metalworking practice in vocational college students is very important. To carry out quality education in the metalworking practice period, should focus on students＇ ideas and awareness of the training, such as labor discipline, teamwork, project quality awareness, safety consciousness, innovative consciousness and practical ability. To enhance college students＇ quality education in practice is necessary and important.
