摘　　要：本文探究了如何在泛在学习背景下建设"网上文献信息检索课",以此提高大学生和社会学习者的信息素养。作者提出在建设中应当坚持实用性、开放性、生成性、系统性原则,同时,课程内容要模块化,依据提升学习者知识与实践能力的目标设定知识点,建构起容纳基本知识点的知识库,使之成为具有一定兼容性的学术信息平台。This paper explored how to ubiquitous learning under the background of＂Literature Retrieval Course Construction of information network＂,so as to improve the information literacy of University students.Proposed in the construction shall adhere to the principle of practicality,openness,generative principle,system.At the same time,the course content to be modular,on the basis of improving learners’ knowledge and practical ability of the target knowledge,construct containing basic knowledge points of the knowledge base,to become the academic information platform has a compatibility.
