摘　　要：化学计量学是分析化学专业研究生的一门必修课。化学计量学能够利用化学量测数据和提取有价值的化学信息,已经被广泛应用于多个化学领域,尤其是分析化学。由于化学计量学是应用数学,计算机科学和化学的交叉学科,故在教学中介绍了线性代数,MATLAB和图论的一些基础知识。此外还采用了多种教学手段,例如进行上机实践和举行学术报告会。Chemometfics, a required course for the graduate students in analytical chemistry, which can take advantage of measured chemical data and extract valuable chemical information, was widely used in a variety of areas of chemistry, especially in analytic chemistry. Since chemometrics was the interdisciplinary subject of applied mathematics, and computer science and chemistry, some basic general knowledge of linear algebra, MATLAB and graph theory were introduced in teaching. In addition, multiple teaching methods were adopted, as computer practices were implemented and academic seminars were held.
