摘　　要："需求分析"是ESP教学的基础和核心,对ESP分支之一——商务英语的研究,必定要遵循ESP的理论和规律。对高职商务英语学生ESP学习需求的调查和分析,为我们开辟了提高高职商务英语学生职业能力的新途径,那就是坚持"以学生需求为中心",改革课程设置、加强实践实训、提高职业素养,从而全面提高学生的综合素质和就业竞争力。Needs Analysis is the basis and core of ESP teaching. The study of Business - English, one of the branches of ESP, should follow the rules of ESP. This paper investigates and analyzes the learning needs of Business - Eng- hsh students in higher vocational college, and advances the effective methods of improving their vocational competence by adjusting the curriculum, focusing on practical training and improving their professionalism.
