摘　　要：基于建构主义学习理论的CAT翻译教学下的人才培养模式,其目标是要以培养非典型性职业译员,凸显学生在翻译教学过程中的主体地位,促进学生的个性发展,帮助学生主动构建翻译知识与技巧。其课程设计,要弱化"文学翻译"中翻译理论学习及人文素养的熏陶,重视应用翻译实践。其评价方式,要变终结性评价为形成性评价。这种教学模式,彰显学生的主体价值观,围绕学生的存在而进行,为学生发现自我、认识自我提供平台。CAT translation teaching, a training mode based on constructivism, highlights student＇ s （or trainer＇ s） subjectivity to help them develop their individual interest and construct their translation competence on their own. The aim of this training mode is to turn the students into the atypically professional translators. Therefore, the curriculum design should, on the one hand, reduce the proportion of the literary translation and, on the other hand, pay more attention to applicable translation. Accordingly, the evaluation method should be transferred from summative assessments into formative evaluations. This training mode centers on de- veloping student＇ s personal values and provide them with a platform to realize their values.
