高等职业教育国际化:困境与出路——以江苏为例

摘　　要：高等职业教育国际化已经成为当前高等职业教育发展的必然趋势。通过问卷调查对江苏省数十所高职院校在办学理念、组织与制度保障、基础条件及资金保障、教学与课程设置、师生的国际交流、学校对师资的投入、国际科研合作等七个方面国际化现状进行调查与分析,总结归纳江苏高职国际化存在的困境并寻找出路,为逐步实现我国高等职业教育国际化提供参考。The internationalization of higher vocational education has become an inexorable trend for current higher vocational education. This article, based on questionnaire results from several dozens of higher vocational colleges, investigates and analyzes their school management principles, organization and system guarantees, basic conditions and capital guarantee, teaching and curriculum plans, international exchanges of teaching staffs and students, inputs in teaching and international research cooperation. It then summarizes the difficulties and outlets in the internationalization of Jiangsu＇ s higher vocational education, which provides references for China＇ s higher vocational education to realize its internationalization.
