摘　　要：基于交往的职业指导模式是徐州医学院职业指导实践的经验之一。该模式坚持以人为本、以理性为指导、以服务为宗旨、以就业为导向,通过建立职业指导机构、打造职业指导队伍、健全职业指导的规章制度以及实现职业指导全程化、多样化和网络化,确保学生就业率稳步提升。The interaction-based vocational guidance mode is one of the experiences in vocational guidance practice of Xuzhou Medical College. This mode advocates the should connect students, be guided by reason, be employment-oriented idea that vocational guidance and focus on service. Steady increase in students＇ employment rate can be ensured by establishing vocational guidance organizations, strengthening vocational guidance personnel, perfecting the regulations, and achieving whole-process, diversified and online vocational guidance.
