摘　　要：《国际船舶代理业务与法律》课程是一门应用性非常强的课程,适宜进行模块化教学。本文从此课程模块化教学实践出发,探讨了该课程实施模块化教学的必要性和可行性,总结了此课程模块设置思路,对如何教好《国际船舶代理业务与法律》课程提出了几点建议和思考。The course ＂Practice and Law of International Port Agent＂ is quite a practtcat curncutum, lvtouulu~ teaching can greatly improve the students＇ practical ability. Meanwhile, it can just answer the companies＇ de- mands for the vocational students. This paper analyses the necessity and possibility of modular teaching on the course of ＂Practice and Law of International Port Agent＂ on the basis of teaching practice and introduce the modules of the course. At last, puts forward some suggestions about how to teach the course well.
