摘 要:以混样采集的西湖龙井茶标准样品制作过程为例,从样品采集、样品前处理、样品制作三个方面探讨了绿茶标准样品制作技术。主要分析了单样、混样两种不同样品采集方式对样品原料代表性及标准样品制作技术的影响,以文字标准感官质量要求为依据探讨了原料预处理、原料符合性、级别判定的样本分析选用程序,基于基本用样从外形符合性和内质符合性研究了样品拼配、小样制作的流程。Taking the making process of West Lake Longjing standard sample for example, the making technology of green tea standard sample is discussed in three aspects: sample collection, sample pretreatment and sample making. This paper mainly analyzes the effects of different sample collection modes such as single sample and mixed sample on representativeness of sample resource and standard sample making technology, investigates the sample analysis selection procedure of raw material pretreatment, raw material conformance and grade judgment based on the sensory quality requirement of word standard, and researches on the program of sample blending and hand sample making from aspects of shape conformance and endoplasm conformance on the basis of basic use for sample.
