ISO质量管理体系导入高职院校管理的思考

摘　　要：ISO质量管理体系从开始导入我国高等院校管理工作中至今已有20多年之久,包括高职院校在内的辽宁省高校引入这一体系者较少。辽宁省高职院校要加强日常管理工作的科学化、规范化、系统化,就要顺应我国高等教育发展趋势,结合本校实际,着眼于长远,尽快增强危机意识、竞争意识、质量意识,增加必要的资金投入,把握恰当时机引入ISO质量管理体系。It has been more than 20 years that ISO quality management system guided in the management of higher colleges in our country.But the number of higher vocational colleges in Liaoning province is fewer to guide this system.Higher vocational colleges in Liaoning province should strengthen the scientism,regulation and systematization of daily management work.It should accord to the developing tendency of advanced education in our country.Combining college＇s reality,it should pay attention to the long-term,and strengthen crisis awareness,competitive awareness and quality awareness quickly.It should enforce the necessary fund investment,bringing in ISO quality management system appropriately.
