摘　　要：目前高职院校学生社团在发展的过程中,存在着社团机制松散、支持力度小、活动质量不高、前景模糊等问题。本文用学习型理论探讨如何创建学习型社团,发挥社团应有的作用。In recent years, student associations have rapidly developed. But there are some problems in the development process of higher vocational college students＇ associations, such as mechanism of loose, less support, the quality is not high, the prospect is fuzzy. This paper discusses how to create a learning organization and play a significant role with learning theory.
