关于高校财务精细化管理的探讨

摘　　要：近年来,精细化管理在高校得到了广泛的推广和应用。财务管理作为高校管理的重要组成部分,推进并实施精细化管理是高校的必然要求。文章阐述了高校实施财务精细化管理的基本思路,分析了高校财务实施精细化管理的重点环节,并指出了高校在实施财务精细化管理过程中应该重视的有关问题,对推进高校财务精细化管理有一定的参考价值。In the present years, refined management is widely introduced and applied. As financing management is an important part of university ＇ s management, it is necessary for universities to push and implement refined management in this part. This paper explains the basic ideas of implementing refined financing management in universities, analyzes the key points of implementing refined financing management in universities and points out some relevant issues to be emphasized in the process of implementing refined financing management in universities, which is of some reference value for propelling refined financing management in universities.
