摘  要:以茶园土壤为研究对象,通过添加尿素、有机肥,探讨该两种肥料对茶园土壤的N素、N素转化微生物及酶活性的影响。结果表明,茶园土壤施加尿素能促进土壤氨化细菌、亚硝化细菌、反硝化细菌的生长繁殖,施加有机肥则促进霉菌的生长繁殖;茶园土壤施用尿素能使土壤速效氮快速增加,且能维持在一个较高的水平;茶园施用尿素能刺激土壤微生物分泌脲酶,施用有机肥脲酶活性增加表现出滞后现象。茶园施肥若将两种肥料混合施用,能促进各类微生物生长繁殖和土壤肥力的提高。The effect of two fertilizers,urea and organic fertilizer,on the N,N transforming microorganism and urease activity was studied by adding the two fertilizers into tea plantation soil.The result indicated that adding urea would stimulate the growth of ammonification bacteria,nitrification bacteria,denitrifying bacteria,while adding organic fertilizer would be good to mildew.Urea application in tea plantation could make available nitrogen increase rapidly and maintain at a high level.It would also stimulate microbial urea to secrete urease.But organic fertilizer application would lag the increase of urease activity.If both fertilizers were applied together,they could promote the growth of all kinds of microbial and the improvement of soil fertility.
