摘 要:通过电镜对大豆蛋白颗粒表面形貌进行表征,在卷烟对比试验中研究大豆蛋白颗粒复合滤嘴和原颗粒复合滤嘴的应用性能。结果表明,大豆蛋白颗粒表面粗糙,布满沟壑,由许多球状蛋白颗粒组成;大豆蛋白颗粒复合滤嘴可以降低卷烟主流烟气中的焦油和有害物质,对比原颗粒复合滤嘴,减少幅度分别达到了焦油5.88%、B(a)P 22.01%、NNK 11.13%、巴豆醛25.97%和苯酚10.10%;大豆蛋白颗粒复合滤嘴可以改善卷烟舒适性,增加卷烟甜润感。The morphology of soybean protein particles were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The application features of the filter rod with or without soybean protein particles were studied in comparative experiments.The results showed that surface of soybean protein particles was rough,gully and composed of many globular proteins.The filter rod with soybean protein particles could reduce the tar and hazardous substances of cigarette mainstream smoke compared with the filter rod without soybean protein particles.The hazardous substances tar,B(a)P,NNK,crotonaldehyde,and phenol was decreased by 5.88%,22.01%,11.13%,25.97% and 10.10% respectively.The filter rod with soybean protein particles could improve the comfort degree and sweet sense of cigarettes.
