深黄被孢霉突变株A35-4产多不饱和脂肪酸发酵条件优化

摘　　要：以深黄被孢霉(Mortierella isabellina)突变株A35-4为材料,通过单因素试验及正交试验探讨了发酵条件对A35-4产多不饱和脂肪酸的影响。结果表明,突变株A35-4的最佳发酵培养基配方为60 g/L果糖、3 g/L牛肉膏、3 g/L磷酸二氢钾、0.6 g/L MgSO4、2.0 g/L柠檬酸钠、1.0 g/L菜子油,初始pH 6.0,先28℃培养4 d,然后20℃培养3 d。Single factor experiments and orthogonal test were used to optimize the fermentation condition of Mortierella isabellina mutation strain A35-4 for producing polyunsaturated fatty acids（PUFAs）.The results showed that the optimum fermentation medium formula was 60 g / L fructose,3 g / L beef extract,3 g / L KH2PO4,0.6 g / L MgSO4,2.0 g / L sodium citrate and 1.0 g / L canola oil.And the optimized fermentation conditions were initial pH 6.0,fermentation temperature 28 ℃ for the first 4 d and 20 ℃ for the following 3 d.
