摘  要:近年来,学前教育备受人们关注,尤其是其师资队伍建设问题。由于我国学前教育发展的历史原因,现阶段学前教育师资队伍建设参差不齐。"中、专、本"三个层次的人才培养定位都为幼儿园教师,幼儿园在用人过程中出现尴尬局面。就目前师资培养现状来看,专科生是幼师队伍中的主要力量,本科生的数量在一段时期难以跟上学前教育发展的需求。从职业教育的角度出发,中专生不会马上退出市场,因此可以培养其成为保育工作者和家政服务人员,成为推动社区学前教育的后备力量。幼儿园从管理的角度出发,应该区别对待不同层次的人才,除了职称和工资待遇之外,在业务分工上也应有所区别。In recent years, preschool education, especially the construction of teaching staff, has attracted much attention from people. Due to historical reasons in China, the teachers' professional levels in kindergarten are uneven. The training for talents of the three levels "Zhong-Zhuan-Ben" are all geared to kindergarten, resulting in the embarrassing situation in the process of employing talents. In the cur- rent situation of teachers training, Zhuanke (namely, three-or-five-year schooling experience in college education of China) students are the main force in the preschool teachers, and during a period, the number of undergraduates (namely, Benkesheng in Chinese) is very hard to meet the needs of the development of preschool education. From the perspective of vocational education, secondary specialized school students (namely, Zhongzhuansheng in Chinese) would not be withdrawn from the market, and they can be cultivated to become conservation workers and domestic service personnel, a kind of fresh power to promote the development of the community preschool education. And from the perspective of management, the relevant authorities of kindergarten should differentiate between different levels of talents in terms of not only the title and salary but the business division of labor.
