摘　　要：全球化背景下,世界范围内的交流日益频繁,翻译的作用日益凸显。如何解决翻译的质量问题成为一个关注的热点。本文拟从译者的主体性入手,初步探讨译者素质对于作品翻译的重要性和必要性。Under the globalization,the functions of translation are more and more important with the increasing communicating.How to improve the quality of the translating attracts much attention.The paper,based on the translators' subjectivity,analyzes the importance and the necessary of the translators'basic qualities.
