摘  要:根据简易钻床的实时性、高精度控制要求特点,对基于运动控制卡和PC机的开放式数控系统平台设计进行了研究;系统采用了AutoCAD软件画图和MFC相结合方法设计雕刻机控制系统,通过DXF文件读取CAD实时的图形数据,上位机(PC机)通过MFC界面交换数据控制下位机(雕刻机)操作,提高了系统控制的实时性,开发的界面显示增强了系统操作的直观性、简易性。采用精确的算法提高了系统雕刻的精确性。实用结果显示该系统具有较高的稳定性、精确性,具有一定的实用价值。According to the control demand characteristics with real--time, high precision of the simple engraving machine, the design of open numerical control system platform based on movement control cards and PC is researched. The method which combined with AutoCAD software and MFC is used to design the engraving machine control system, the CAD graphics real--time data is read through the DXF file, upper computer (PC) use the MFC interface to exchange data to control the lower machine (engraving machine) operation which improved the real--time of system control. The developed system operation interface enhanced the intuitiveness and simplicity of operation for the system. The accurate algorithm improved the accuracy of the engraving. The practical results show that the system has the high stability, accuracy, and has a certain practical value.
