摘 要:目的:探讨江苏省泰兴市农村地区结直肠癌发生的危险因素。方法:确定结直肠癌病例家系和对照家系各152户,每组456人,以家庭为单位进行入户当面访谈的方式收集人群资料。应用单因素和多因素非条件性logistic回归分析探讨不同因素,尤其是环境因素对结直肠癌发病的影响。结果:腹部不适症状、高脂、高蛋白饮食、饮酒和肥胖等因素在病例家系与对照家系的分布中差异具有统计学意义。结论:腹部不适症状、高脂、高蛋白饮食、饮酒和肥胖等因素是病例家系成员发生结直肠癌的危险因素。Objective: To explore the risk factors of colorectal cancer in the rural area Taizhou City in Jiangsu Province. Methods: One hundred and fifty-two families with colorectal cancer and 152 control families (456 persons in each group) were selected from the rural area in 3 counties of Taizhou City. A total of 912 people were surveyed and assessed using population-based case-control family study. Results: There were significant differences in symptoms of abdominal discomfort, high-fat and high-protein diet, drinking, and obesity between the colorectal cancer family and the control family. Conclusion: Symptoms of abdominal discomfort, high-fat and high-protein diet, drinking, and obesity are the risk factors for colorectal cancer.
