摘　　要：鉴于目前餐具清洗包装生产线生产效率低、工人劳动强度大、稳定性较差的情况,设计了一条全自动生产线。该生产线采用可调式输送机将各个工步有机地衔接。另外,增加了自动机械手替代人工,减少了工作人员,提高了效率,降低了成本。同时,采用PLC对整条生产线进行有序控制,保证了生产线持续稳定的运作,且可以处理各种紧急突发情况。Considering the current situations in tableware packaging production line such as low production efficiency,large labor intensity and poor stability,a full-automatic production line is designed in the paper,which organically links all the working steps using the adjustable conveyor.In addition,the automatic manipulator is added to replace manpower,decreasing workers' number,improving efficiency and reducing the cost.PLC is adopted for control of the whole production line,which ensures the production line in the sustainable and stable operation and is able to handle all kinds of urgent situations.
