摘 要:基于战略导向的调节作用,探讨了领导风格对组织协同创新绩效的影响。通过对126家企业的调查,采用结构方程模型检验了领导风格对协同创新绩效的直接效应、战略导向对协同创新绩效的调节效应。研究发现:变革型领导、交易型领导对组织协同创新绩效影响显著,战略导向对变革型领导与协同创新绩效关系的正向调节效应显著,对交易型领导与协同创新绩效的正向调节效应不显著。Based on the moderating effect of strategic orientation, this article is to discuss the effects on collaborative inno- vation performance brought about by leadership style. According to the survey of 154 manufacturing enterprises, the paper utilizes the structural equation model, testes the direct effects caused by leadership style and the moderating effects caused by strategic orientation collaborative innovation performance. And the findings suggest that transformational and transac- tional leadership has a significant impact on such performance. More specifically, strategic orientation has a significant and positive impact on the relations between transformational leadership and the performance. Nonetheless, it does not have a significant impact on the relations between transactional leadership and the performance.
