高校研究型图书馆知识创新过程及评价方法探析

摘　　要：高校图书馆知识创新是构建高校科研和教学核心竞争力的必经之路。分析知识创新内涵的演变,抽象出高校研究型图书馆知识创新的一般过程,论述其主要的质量评价方法。针对当前知识创新的不足之处,指出我国高校研究型图书馆知识创新的发展趋势,以指导图书馆知识创新工作的开展。The paper thinks that knowledge innovation in university library is the only way to build university＇s core competitive- ness of scientific research and teaching. Then it analyzes the evolution of connotation of knowledge innovation, abstracts the general process of knowledge innovation in university research library, and discusses main quality evaluation methods. For the shortages in knowledge innovation at present, the paper points out the development trend in China university research library, so as to instruct the work of library knowledge innovation.
