摘　　要：根据"高等学校创新能力提升计划"(简称"2011计划")的要求,针对传统实验教师队伍存在的问题,提出了建设实验教师队伍的新思路:(1)建设一支"高起点"的稳定的实验教师队伍;(2)注重实验教师素质培养,努力达到"高水准";(3)协同创新,打造"有特色"的实验教师队伍;(4)规范实验室管理,完善实验教师考核机制。"高起点、高水准、有特色"是高校实验教师队伍建设的目标。According to the promotion program of university innovation ability （＂211 Plan＂）, this paper proposes some new ideas to deal with traditional problems in construction of experimental teaching team as follows： （1）Constructing a stable experimental teaching team in a high starting point; （2） Focusing on experimental teachers＇ quality training to achieve a high level; （3）Creating a ＂unique＂ experimental teaching team; （4）Standardizing the laboratory management and improving the evaluation mechanism. It is the goal that an excellent experimental teaching team to cultivate applied talents for our contry will be built.
