构建高校实验室效益评估指标体系的探究

摘　　要：分析了高校实验室管理体制的现状、管理模式及特点,构建了实验室效益评估指标体系。北京化工大学实验室效益评估指标体系由实验室综合效能、实验室综合管理、实验室建设以及科研实验室综合效能等4个一级指标和16个二级指标组成,给出了实验室效益评估指标体系采用记分制的记分标准。This article analyses the present status, management modes and characteristics of the laboratory management system in colleges and universities, combining the character of college laboratory management, and discusses the importance of benefit evaluation index system of college laboratory, and preliminary construction of laboratory benefit evaluation index system in colleges and universities The benefit evaluation index system of Beijing University of Chemical Technology consists of four 1st indexes and sixteen 2nd indexes, including the laboratory comprehensive efficiency, laboratory comprehensive management, laboratory construction, and the comprehensive efficiency of scientific research laboratories. It gives the recording standard of the recording system adopted by the laboratory benefit evaluation system.
