摘 要:进化论尤其是社会进化论对20世纪以来的中国艺术发展历程产生了非常深刻的影响。1900年以来中国艺术很大程度上是在"文化自卑情结"主导下进行现代转换的,缺乏"文化自觉"的意识,缺乏对艺术自律和自觉的关照。如果想迎来中国的文艺复兴,艺术界首先要树立起"文化自觉"的意识,重视传统艺术和民间艺术的发掘和保护,使更多隐匿在民间艺术中的精品呈现在大众媒体中,丰富当代国民的精神世界。其次,艺术界要更多地从传统中汲取滋养,推陈出新,实现艺术传统的再创造。The development and progress of Chinese arts since the 20th century and on is deeply affected by the the-ory of evolution, especially that of social Darwinism. Chinese arts, to a great extent, has effectuated its modem transformation under the shadow of "cultural inferiority complex" since 1990, lacking 'cultural consciousness' let alone caring about artistic self-discipline and self- consciousness. If China wants to realize its renaissance, the art circles must first establish a sense of cultural consciousness; attach great importance to the excavation and pro-tection of traditional arts and folk arts ; and prompt more elaborate works of art to emerge in the mass media so as to enrich the spiritual world of contemporary Chinese people. Moreover, the art circles should inherit and carry for-ward the fine traditions of traditional Chinese arts, and bring forth new and fresh artistic ideas or practices so as to realize the re - creation of our artistic traditions.
