欧洲学生汉语学习去动机因素透析及教学启示——以克罗地亚汉语学习者为例

摘　　要：去动机是语言学习过程中普遍存在的现象,是影响学习者成败的关键因素。文章通过对以克罗地亚汉语学习者为例的欧洲汉语学习者进行问卷调查与访谈,了解这些汉语学习者去动机的现状,运用SPSS17.0对调查数据进行因素分析,研究发现,去动机主要受教师、学生和教学环境三个因素的影响,其中教师因素所占比例最大;针对这三个因素,找出去动机的成因,提出解决去动机的策略,学生才能重拾自信心,有效避免和减少去动机,找回学习兴趣,减除消极情绪,从而提高学习成绩,提升汉语水平。Demotivation is a common phenomenon in the language-learning process. It is a key fae tor affecting the learning result. This paper is based on the questionnaire survey and interview with some Croatian Chinese-learners and aims to investigate the factors of their demotivation and the cau ses. Data are collected and statistically analyzed by SPSS17.0. The results indicate that the teacher, the student and the learning environment are three major factors of their demotivation and the teacher plays a key role. The paper finally brings up some suggestions for solving the related problems.
