北京市高职院校教师身心健康状况分析及对策研究

摘　　要：高等职业教育是我国国民教育的重要组成部分,高职教育的发展离不开教师队伍的建设,调查了解教师身心健康方面存在的问题,提高其身心健康水平,直接关系到高职教育的发展和质量。以北京市高职院校教师作为研究对象,进行系统的调查研究,以期比较全面地了解北京市高职院校教师的身心健康状况,分析影响身心健康状况的因素,并为改善广大教师身心健康状况提出建议。The higher vocational education is an important part of our state education.The development of it depends on the construction of the teaching staff.Investigating teachers' mental and physical problems and improving their mental and physical level will promote the quality of higher vocational education directly.Therefore,we choose the teachers in Beijing Polytechnic College as subject to make a systemic research so that we can know situation of the teachers' mental and physical health,analyze factor influencing on them,and raise the proposals to improve their psychological health.
