摘 要:食品企业与公众的生命和健康密切相关,其生命健康意识构成了伦理精神的核心。食品企业履行生命责任不仅是企业经营者个人价值追求的体现,也是企业可持续发展和构建和谐社会的需要。目前食品企业存在的主要伦理问题为缺乏生命安全的保障,淡化对生命健康的关怀和缺少对生命价值的尊重。作者从政府、企业、社会公众3方面提出强化食品企业生命责任的伦理对策:通过强化监管,以人为本,珍惜生命,以维护公众健康,实现生命价值,捍卫生命尊严。Food enterprises are closely related to the life and health of the public,and their life health awareness is the core of the ethical value.Therefore,for any food enterprise,fulfilling life responsibilities is not only the reflection of industrialists' pursuit of individual values,but also the prerequisite of sustainable development of enterprises and building a harmonious society.The current major ethical issues in food enterprises are the lack of protection for life,the apathy towards care for life and health,as well as the absence of respect for the value of life.And then this thesis puts forward the ethical countermeasures to strengthen the life responsibility from government,enterprise and the public.In other words,ethical measures of food enterprises are implemented by strengthening supervision,people-oriented and cherishing life,so as to promote public life and health,realize life value and defend life dignity.
