摘　　要：教师职业技能的学习与训练是师范院校的重要教学任务。本文针对地方高师政教专业职业技能培训中的问题,从认识和实践两方面进行原因分析,进而提出完善专业培养方案、发挥整体合力、加大职业技能训练投入、完善职业技能训练大纲和考核体系等改进措施。Starting from the problems in the professional teaching skill training for politics education majors in local advanced normal colleges, the paper analyses the cause of the problems from two aspects：awareness and practice. On this basis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures such as the perfection of major cultivation program,making good use of collective efforts, more investments in the professional teaching skill training and the perfection of trainning program and check--up system etc.
