对武警院校教员教学质量评价工作的几点思考

摘　　要：科学、客观、公正的教学质量评价，对于提高教学质量，调动广大教员的积极性、主动性，不断推动院校教育教学工作发展具有重要作用。本文针对武警院校教学质量评价工作实际，着重从确立科学的教学质量评价目的、把握正确的教学质量评价原则、制定合理的教学质量评价标准、运用定量与定性相结合的教学质量评价方法、确保多元的教学质量评价主体和建立发展性的教学质量评价激励机制六个方面，提出了加强和改进教学质量评价工作的对策和建议。Scientific, objective and impartial teaching quality evaluation can stimulate the enthusiasm and the initiative of our teachers, which further improves the quality of teaching and promotes the development of education in the academies. Based on the practical teaching quality evaluation work in armed police force academies, this paper mainly focuses on six parts, namely the scientific teaching quality evaluation aim, the correct evaluation principles, the rational evaluation criterion, the quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods, the diverse evaluation subject and the development-oriented stimulation mechanism. And as a conclusion, this paper brings forward the strategies and recommendations on improving teaching quality evaluation.
